Yes, we accept custom artwork. We’ll verify the format and provide feedback to ensure it's print-ready and compliant.

Orders & Shipping

We’re flexible. You can start from just 1 pallet, or even 2–3 boxes for first-time orders or small businesses.

Yes. If you prefer, we can provide all the necessary documents so you can handle transport, duties, and customs clearance independently.

Of course. Even when shipping is handled by the client, we always include invoice, transport document, and any additional documents needed for import.

Yes. If requested, we take care of the full shipment process, including customs documentation, from our facility to your destination.

Production takes 5–7 business days once everything is confirmed. Shipping depends on the country: 7–10 days in Europe, up to 40 days for the U.S.

Certifications & Standards

Yes. We offer certified organic (BIO) lines, along with DOP, FDA, HACCP, HALAL, and KOSHER certifications.

Definitely. All labels are fully compliant with EU/US/Canada rules, and we assist you with any legal requirements step-by-step.

We follow strict Italian production practices, ensuring clean, safe, and consistent quality in every product.

Yes. All certificates are available upon request and included with your documentation when needed.

Pricing & Payments

Pricing depends on product type, quantity, packaging, and services. We always provide a personalized quote based on your request.

Yes. We apply volume-based discounts and offer better rates for recurring orders.

We accept bank transfers (SEPA/SWIFT). For small orders, credit card payments may also be available upon request.

For first-time orders, we usually require full payment in advance. Once a working relationship is established, we can agree on 50/50 terms or 30/60/90-day payment plans based on the agreement.

We create custom quotes, but we can share a general price list for common formats and product lines.

Products & Ingredients

Yes. We can create custom blends (e.g. 30% vegetable oil) or flavored oils based on your market and preferences.

Absolutely. We offer free samples without labels or final packaging, plus a visual label draft for reference.

Samples are sent in neutral bottles for efficiency. However, we’ll provide a sample label concept to show the final design direction.
